Are you an artist or cultural organizer with an idea for activating the community through the arts? Whether you want to organize a fashion show, a creative workshop, an artist hangout, or a dance battle, we are offering free indoor and outdoor spaces, 3 office spaces, a kitchen, and the opportunity to reach a large audience both in-person and online during Arts & Culture Week.

Dance Education and Entrepreneurial Convention
Thursday, December 1 - Saturday, December 3 | ARC Kaduna
Three-day gathering for young, emerging dance artists to learn various entrepreneurial tools and advance their careers. Artists can register for various workshops, learning how to financially sustain arts careers in Kaduna State and globally, create community with other Kaduna-based dancers, and have the opportunity to inter-face with other practitioners throughout the African Diaspora.

OBA: The Silent Noise Tour

DCF and The Bench (Abuja) presents OBA: Silent Noise, an experimental sound experience featuring Lagos-based musician--OBA--in his national tour stop to Kaduna State. Don't miss this dynamic performance and closing to D'atè Arts & Culture Week!
Oba Olatunde is a multidisciplinary artist who uses different experimental elements to create an atmosphere for performances. Olatunde's vast experience in studio production and live performance has gained him collaborations with several local and international artists. He has performed at major international festivals, such as: The Nigeria Pavilion at the 57th edition of the La Biennale di Venezia (Venice, Italy), Ted Global (Arusha, Tanzania), Nordwind Festival, (Berlin/Hamburg), Institute Francais (Benin Republic), Africologne Festival (Germany), and Fari Foni Wati Festival (Bamako, Mali).
