We are looking for Kaduna-based, enthusiastic, imaginative people to join the DCF Team! Applicants should be passionate about building creative spaces for young, African emerging artists, and uplifting communities.
We are looking for long-term and short-term volunteers and interns who will support and help expand our mission. Successful applicants will develop their own work schedule in conversation with the DCF Program Manager.
Previous experience in arts administration is excellent, but not required.
We are constantly working to raise more money to pay our team members for their hard work. However, at this time, all internships are non-salaried positions. Interns will be compensated for any work-related travel.
Open Positions
Program Coordinator
8 - 10 hours a week supporting various DCF programming; reports directly to the DCF Program Manager and Co-Directors.
Marketing Coordinator
8 - 10 hours/week supporting all marketing operations including but not limited to social media management, email marketing, website, etc.; reports directly to DCF Program Manager and Co-Directors
Design Team
8 - 10 hours/week supporting the Lead Designer with any marketing, archival, commerce deliverables including but not limited to flyers, brochures, tshirts, logos, etc.; reports directly to the DCF Program Manager and Co-Directors.
Volunteer Coordinator
Supporting specific projects and programs (i.e. D'atè Festival, #DEEPCON, etc.) where significant organizing of volunteers is required. Will be responsible for managing 40-50 volunteers a year for various events. Will report to DCF Program Manager and Co-Directors/Founders
